Adds Nimbus, a local-first AI agent for on-call and platform engineers.
It runs as a headless gateway plus CLI on the user's own machine, builds a private SQLite index across ~80 developer and infrastructure services through MCP connectors, and answers cross-tool incident questions in one query. Every outbound action passes a human-in-the-loop consent gate, credentials stay in the OS keystore, and it can run against a local Ollama model so prompts stay on the machine too.
