Adds Atlas Ally to the closed-source section, alphabetically between Athena Intelligence and Avanzai.

Atlas Ally is a managed personal AI agent for individuals that runs on its own dedicated EU server — inbox triage, morning briefs, calendar, research, and 24/7 watches across 100+ app integrations, with approval-gated writes. Entry follows the existing closed-source format (Category / Description / Links inside the details block).

Disclosure: I'm the founder of Atlas Ally. Happy to adjust the wording or remove the entry if it doesn't fit the list.
