First release after the devkit-baseline merge (PR #4). No public API changes vs 0.3.3 — but the JSR bundle is now significantly smaller because publish.include/exclude was added in #4 (was previously shipping the entire repo into every install). InfoSec: no security impact — version metadata only. The release tag push will trigger publish.yml which runs the vendored secrets-and-sast scan before publishing.

Release prep — first cut after the devkit-baseline merge in #4.
No public API changes vs 0.3.3. The JSR bundle is now significantly smaller because of the new publish.include/exclude block from #4.
After merge, will tag v0.3.4 to fire publish.yml.
