The functions are modified so that they can be used in combinefm and MinTm functions (which are helper functions for bpv and MinTbpv).
Algorithm performs optimal non-negative forecast reconciliation for OLS and WLS.
Algorithm for non-negative forecast reconciliation for MinT(Sample) and MinT(Shrink).
