I've added docs for glossary section based on the conversation happened here. Please suggest improvements if any, on top of this.

@asteiker @betolink Thanks! Should we add more terms to the document? I feel this is not enough, so if there is something more that we can add, I can help with that as well. Just wanted some idea about next steps (terms that we should consider adding), in case we decide to broaden the scope of the doc. If not, then we can merge this PR.

@Sherwin-14 Yes @saberbrasher Has also been reviewing the documentation and has longer term recommendations on how to expand the glossary and link terms throughout the doc. In particular, we had discussed expanding the glossary to include jargon beyond just cloud terminology:

Things like AuthID or API, for example. I envision a bolded phrase (that can be linked to from other pages) that looks almost like a dictionary entry, something like:
WORD: also known as, OTHER WORDS:
What it means
Where to find it
How it is used

But our immediate need was to fix the broken links and have something started, so let's go ahead and leave this PR as-is and we can expand in a future PR. Thank you for your work on this!
