lgtm. Now.. i'll be honest. I'm not sure if people want to include the client or not. It's typically not super useful on HPC environments, unless you need to remote via a remote. I would probably just have built the server component, but I'll ask the opinion of other maintainers first.

eb --new-pr)TVNC_BUILDJAVAno longer controls whether the TurboVNC Viewer is built. It is replaced withTVNC_BUILDVIEWER=0.The Java dependencies are removed because Java is only required by the disabled viewer.
For TurboVNC 3.1.2 and later, the obsolete
X11_Pixman_LIBsetting is removed. These releases discover pixman throughpkg-config.Closes #26769
