• Move Gateron HEs from XP to stable
• Reduce pin diameter for Gateron HE from 1.7mm (datasheet value) to 1.6mm (better value according to my test PCB)
• Fix path to gateron HE switch footprint in symbol
• Move new components to stable after testing (theseus 75, S21Evo BST)
• Bump required version to KC 9.0
