The tool does not initialize the recruit data when you initialize the recruit after signings have started.

Describe the bug
The recruits are not initialized properly. For instance, signed recruits don't always list the school that signed them.

Also, the colors for potential are not showing properly.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Wait for signings to start.
2. Initialize the recruits for the season.
3. Look at the initialized data/results.

Expected behavior
Should work exactly the same as before signings started.
