Increase the timeout waiting for the containers to become healthy. Add output of time needed for all containers to become healthy.

The
Test Vanilla Docker Compose Buildworkflow fails since the i18n feature was introduced (see #174). Theserverservice needs more time to become healthy. Therefore the timeout was increased and an additional output for the duration was added.
