…ent workflow Create reusable composite action to compute branch-suffixed versions and conditionally align eclipse.serializer.version when matching serializer branch exists. Integrate action into maven_deploy_snapshot_dev and maven_it_test workflows to replace inline scripts with centralized logic.
Integrate align-serializer-version action into maven_slow_test, maven_build_win, maven_converter, and maven_build workflows to ensure consistent snapshot version handling across all build pipelines.
