Highlights
Media Format Flush Fix
fx_media_format() was not issuing a FX_DRIVER_FLUSH call before uninitializing the driver, unlikefx_media_close() which correctly flushes before teardown. This could result in data not being committed to the underlying storage device after a format operation. The fix brings fx_media_format() in line with the established pattern. (#89, @Ralino)
