I was forced to work on updating dependencies due to few issuess with local build (the page didn't run locally for me after OS update).
I've also noticed that we mixed lock files from NPM and Yarn, and this is bad practice that should be avoided - so the package tools has been now updated to use NPM across the board.
Fixes #72
