Network boot is the part of the default stack almost nobody on these boards uses, and it isn't free: it adds boot options nobody asked for and lengthens boot while DHCP waits on a server that will not answer.

Flip both defaults off. The drivers are still built and both toggles are still in the setup menu; only the out-of-the-box value changes.
