This pull request adds translations for several new footer links in multiple languages across the platform. The new links include "General Conditions," "Legal Notice," "Cookies," "Accessibility," and "Support and Help." In some languages, translations for "Privacy" are also added. These updates ensure that users see localized footer content in their preferred language.
