Edu/relocation of SACO input files and changes in items_supply

Changes in items_supply.csv (originally from FABIO) to match our own processes and items

Changes in codes

• comm_code as paste0(“c”,item_code)
• proc_code with some changes to adapt to new and deleted processes

New items

• Crop residues (Straw, Other crop residues, Firewood)
• Additional processed products (Soy hulls, Sugarbeet pulp, DDGS, DDGS Barley, Molasses)
• Animal draught
• Specific live animals (disaggregated Poultry, Other birds, Dairy cattle, Other live animals)

New processes

• Other birds farming, split broilers and layers
• Other animals husbandry
• Hunting
• Aquaculture,
• Forestry, Fallowing, Grassland production, Flowers, Scavenging, Acorns, Meat meal

Deleted processes

• All slaughtering (converted to Husbandry)
• On-farm processes (cotton, etc.)

Deleted items

• Offals and Fats coming from birds and equines (when not available)
• Non-bovine dairy animals (they are not present in FAOSTAT)

TODO

• Variable renaming: item_code_cbs instead of item_code; item_cbs instead of item
• Variable deleting: comm_code: is this variable necessary? (redundant with item)
• Add Pets, Fur animals to items_supply
• Add remaining Processing relationships to items_supply
• Check items_full items not present in my datasets (e.g. Milk, lactation, Whey, Brans, Cake, maize)
• Incorporate the following processes and their products to my dataset: Other animals husbandry, Forestry, Aquaculture, Fishing, Fallowing, Grassland production, Scavenging production, Meat meal production, Flowers, Acorns production, Silkworm breeding, Butter production
