Validation done. gramps61: Linux unit + Integration green; Lint/Addon-Structure reds are pre-existing content. Windows hangs on TMGimporter.tests.test_libtmg.TestImportCitations.test_citation_attached_to_event (gramps61-only test; a TMG citation import that blocks on Windows). Both run_addon_tests and plain unittest lack a per-test timeout, so the job hangs indefinitely. Diagnosed; fix pending. |

Throwaway: 820's pipeline + gap fixes overlaid on maintenance/gramps61 to exercise the fork CI (gramps61 series) against real gramps61 content. gramps61's baseline sync CI fails on Lint (pre-existing ruff content issue). Delete after observing.
