Re-validation done: timeout fix makes the Windows lane COMPLETE (~9 min) — TMGimporter times out as a bounded failure instead of hanging. Linux unit + integration green. Closing throwaway. |

Re-validation: confirms the per-module timeout makes the Windows lane COMPLETE (TMGimporter citation test times out as a bounded failure) instead of hanging. Delete after observing.
