Add dynamic OG image generation for country pages

[Copilot]

Implements dynamic Open Graph image generation for country pages using intervention/image.

Changes

• New Controller (app/Http/Controllers/OgImageController.php): Generates 1200x630 PNG images with gradient background, country name, ISO code, VAT rates, and site branding. Includes disk caching and auto-regeneration on data updates.
• Route: /og-image/country/{slug} serves generated images
• View Update: Country page now references dynamic OG image in SEO meta
• Font Handling: Fallback font discovery for cross-platform compatibility
