Stud.IP 6 compatibility + Vite build migration

  • Align scheduling and metadata handling with Stud.IP 6 models and APIs.
  • Introduce version‑aware vendor autoloading and PSR‑7 response creation.
  • Migrate frontend and courseware builds to Vite, including Vue 2/3 split bundles.
