Builds an amd64 and arm64 docker image on changes to chatbot-rag-app for ghcr, pushing both
latestandsha-{}tags for each commit to the repo.https://github.com/anuraaga/elasticsearch-labs/pkgs/container/elasticsearch-labs%2Fchatbot-rag-app
After this PR and the image is published, will send another PR to update README / docker-compose to use it
