This PR sets up the initial file structure and adds basic tests for a new security realm plugin (security extension) in Elasticsearch. Once integrated, this plugin will enable Elasticsearch to authenticate users through any realm that supports delegated authorization and resolve user metadata via Microsoft Graph APIs.
