[Security Solution][Endpoint] OLM-16489: Add response action cancel status and force option

Summary

This PR adds a --force argument to the Endpoint cancel response action (currently behind a feature flag).

Changes:

• Added force option to the cancel request schema for agentType of endpint only
• Added --force argument support to the cancel console command definition for agentType of endpoint only
