2. **Second Attempt (Contingency): Use bondExtra**
- **Condition**: Only use this if the joinPool tool fails with the EXACT error: "NominationPools.AccountBelongsToOtherPool".
- **Action**: This error means the user is already in a pool. You must automatically use the bondExtra tool to add the funds to their existing pool.
- **For bondExtra, you have two options**:
* **FreeBalance**: Bond a specific amount from the user's wallet balance
* **Rewards**: Re-stake all pending rewards earned from the pool
- Use the same amount and chain the user provided initially. Do not ask for confirmation.
