Publica as PRs #21/#22/#23: o fix do "Connection closed" do Playwright no Windows (npx -y no registro do MCP), o checkup somente-leitura `imp doctor` (assinaturas, CLIs, Pi e projeto, com --json) e o `imp fix` restore-only (plano + consentimento, gate de git, manifest do stamp do harness gravado pelo instalador). O que entrou hoje (PRs #21-#24) estava documentado só como duas linhas gigantes na tabela do launcher. Passa a ter lugar próprio: - DOCS §14 vira "a escada de manutenção" (doctor -> fix -> update-runtime -> verify -> update), com a regra que separa as duas metades: doctor nunca escreve, fix nunca sobrescreve. - Novas §14.4 (imp doctor: as 4 seções, o timebox de 4 s do probe, a higiene do .mcp.json e o estado do stamp) e §14.5 (imp fix: o contrato restore-only, o gate do git, as flags e a tabela dos 7 fixes). - As duas linhas da tabela do launcher viram ponteiros para §14.4/§14.5. - §8 ganha o manifest do stamp (imp/.harness-manifest.json: como é construído a partir do clone adaptado, por que um arquivo que o merge MANTEVE grava o sha do harness de propósito) e o motivo do -y nos MCP via npx ("Connection closed" com cache frio). - README: nova seção "Something not working?" com a escada em 4 passos e o aviso alpha apontando para o imp doctor.
