feat: sync:commands pipeline + Pi agents como ponteiros canônicos - #35

Adiciona npm run sync:commands que gera .cursor/commands/ a partir de .claude/commands/ + overlays YAML (frontmatter, patchlets Cursor-only). Converte os 9 agents Pi do roster de wrappers verbosos para ponteiros finos (frontmatter FIA + referência ao .claude/agents/<name>.md canônico). Testes e docs atualizados para o novo contrato.
