Gtk/EnablePrimaryPaste and Gtk/DecorationLayout are automatically synced with their appropriate by gsd-xsettings. Gtk/ShellShowsAppMenu and Gtk/ShowUnicodeMenu are set to false by default.
Gtk/DialogsUseHeader defaults to true, so I kept it in place.
