Adds our own touchpad backend. This will only be used on wayland and for now only for swipe gestures.

This allows now progress over 100% and negative progress as well as switching workspaces and opening multitaskingview in one motion.

This is great. Loving it! There's one small bug I noticed: if you start switching workspace and in the middle start opening multitasking view, there would be no icon groups on the bottom of the screen. But it's not critical and can be fixed in a separate branch if you wish

Yeah I kinda hope to get the dock in multitasking view in (but I still have to check on X) which would make that obsolete but if not I'll push a fix later :)
