Seems like this should probably be a symlink to preferences-desktop-font?

Using preferences-desktop-font for this was my original idea. However, this icon represents “Fonts”, and the dialog provides many more options other than setting the font. One can, for instance, set the font size, change the text of a text box and customise OpenType features. For variable fonts, it is also in this dialog that all the variable font sliders appear. Using this icon just felt ‘off’ to me.

It would also not be a better icon for this purpose than the draw-text icon , which would represent the “Text” tab of the dialog.
