I don't think it's possible -- we need to connect to notify["progress"] where progress is a property of Hdy.Swipeable, but Hdy.Swipeable is an interface and therefore doesn't have properties, only get_progress. And when using mouse scroll to close the notification, the blur doesn't follow the notification. It can work if we disable mouse scroll to dismiss notification but I don't think that's desirable |

Probably this can be implemented after elementary/granite#881 and gtk4 port as well |
