Antialias rebound

WIP design rebound of #291

Todo:

• Hook the settings back up under the hood
• Create a demo label for each option (grayscale, RGB, BGR, etc.) and switch the stack based on what's chosen
• Possibly: throw an infobar on change that changes will require closing and re-opening apps (or more simply, restarting)
