Initial changes for publication:

  • Removed the table of contents
  • Moved the glossary and references to the end
  • Fixed a problem with the glossary
  • Removed some stray '[' characters in the text
  • Fix broken link refs
  • Remove superfluous double-spaces

Work remaining:

  • Review document for organisation and fluency
  • Review content for (need to define these criteria first) completeness and correctness
  • Add an attribution to contributing author(s)
  • Include links to originating references in main body of text?
  • Consider restructuring text for readability
  • Add internal section links
