This PR is dependent on #122

This PR adds additional image formats (HEIC and JPEG-XL) in the form of optional dependency plugins.

# install individual plugins
pip install 'difPy[heic]'
pip install 'difPy[jxl]'

# or all supported formats
pip install 'difPy[plugins]'
