As instructed by Milan and Solly, in this PR I have updated the ELITE data model to include all of the new annotations to be used for computational tools on the ELITE Portal.
All of the current annotations on the portal that are more for portal driving purposes, I added to the 'Unknown' module.
All other computational tools focused annotations that were collected from the CCKP data model have been added to a new 'computational tools' module.
I also added the template to the template csv and to the dca template config.
