A suggestion to separate developing as a trainer from the rest of delivery.
Happy to hear what you think.

I also tried to make it more clear when something is for in-person events, online events or hybrid events.

I think there would also be space for some more hints/considerations for the sometimes dreaded hybrid events (but time ran out for now)

Leaving this still in draft because it is not quite done yet, but I am keen to hear what you think so far.

Hi @samumantha this is an interesting suggestion and might align more broadly with the trainers’ upskilling needs. We are trying to place greater focus on trainer development through TtT, including the mentorship programme and the development of additional modules. Perhaps this is something we can discuss in more detail when you have time.

Hei @kpoterlowicz
Yes, I am actually currently participating the TTT mentoring program as mentee of Jessica (great program!).
I would be delighted to discuss more and collaborate on updating the page accordingly, but will need to move that discussion into the next year as I am currently preparing for some PhD focus time to get that out of the way asap. Back to Elixir topics then in mid January. Feel free to comment/update this PR if you get to it earlier, my text is just a suggestion and can be adapted as you see fit.
