…ainGroupModelTree in CloMu.py, where iterMax is used, but it is not defined anywhere. Since iterMax is intended to store the number of training iterations, we changed iterMax with iterNum, defining it because it was wrongly initialized inside a decision block. We also modified nPrint, setting it to 1 so to print results at all iterations.

When training with the -noInfiniteSites option, we got an error in trainGroupModelTree in CloMu.py, where iterMax is used, but it is not defined anywhere.
