elementary projects usually separate the translation domain of metadata files from the one of the app itself because translations for these files are embedded while building and separated translations are not needed. Maybe we may want to create the missing meson.build/LINGUAS/POTFILES for the |

Currently translation files don't install because meson cannot find the 'extra' directory for appdata and desktop files.
