Module Requirements

• one functional (fizzbuzz.js, luhn.js)
• one optimized (fizzbuzz_optimized.js, luhn_optimized.js)
• one modular (fizzbuzz_manual.js, luhn_manual.js)

Test Requirements

• currently only the functional test is provided (test/fizzbuzz/fizzbuzz.js, test/luhn/luhn.js)
• add a test that matches the name of its test candidate
• test should run separately as well as in a suite
