FTR, regenerating the pac code for hte LPC55S69 chips will only result in a change to the version of chiptool identified for generation the comments of the generated code. |

The moved transforms are applicable to other members of the lpc55 family, so I moved them to to a more generically named file. I am going to rebase #30 on this so that it's a bit more sensible.
