Description of changes

Added documentation for the get_crash_distribution MCP tool. This includes:

• A new entry in the tools table describing the tool's purpose
• A new "Investigate crash distribution" workflow section showing how to use get_crash_distribution to identify which OS versions, device models, or countries are over-represented in a crash's occurrences relative to their session baseline
