This PR improves the KYC submission flow and network status indicator to better match the requested UX, responsiveness, and accessibility requirements.

What changed

• Refined the KYC submission form layout and interaction states for a cleaner multi-step experience
• Improved mobile responsiveness and spacing in the submission flow
• Added clearer loading and submission feedback for form actions
• Improved visual hierarchy and typography for the Network Status Indicator
• Fixed responsive stacking behavior on smaller screens
• Improved accessibility semantics for the refresh control and status announcements
• Reduced duplicate or noisy screen-reader output during submission and status updates
