feat(frontend): improve UX for Real-time Balance Sync and Onboarding Progress Tracker

This PR addresses four frontend UX issues to improve the platforms styling, user interactions, and overall accessibility.

Changes

Real-time Balance Sync Component

• Updated typography hierarchy: Improved font sizes, weights, and tracking for better visual hierarchy
• Fixed incorrect state rendering: Resolved conflict between error and empty states by adding proper conditional checks
• Revamped UI components: Enhanced spacing, padding, and visual feedback across all elements
• Improved accessibility: Better contrast ratios and screen reader support

Onboarding Progress Tracker Component

• Fixed responsive layout: Changed mobile breakpoint from sm to md for horizontal orientation
• Added horizontal connector lines: Visual progress indicators for desktop view
• Improved mobile experience: Centered elements and text on mobile devices
• Enhanced visual hierarchy: Updated font weights and spacing for better readability
