Hi Monitorian devs,

I have created this Pull Request because I have resolved this request for a Chocolatey package and now, we can install monitorian using Chocolatey.

For now, only the latest version (3.13.0) is available on Chocolatey. When new versions will be released, they will, then, be added to the Chocolatey package for users to enjoy. 🙂

Adds the Chocolatey package in the list of possibilities to install Monitorian.

This is cool. You should check out Winget too.

Chocolatey is being gradually replaced by winget which is provided by Microsoft natively. Monitorian can be installed via winget already, from the Microsoft Store, but this isn't quite the same. If not logged into the Store, this may not work (not sure!).

Winget has a package database of its own, and most software packages that I use are on there. They are also typically more up to date than Chocolatey.

There is a front-end for winget called UniGetUI (formerly WingetUI).
