What's Changed
- Update eredis dependency from 1.2.16 to 1.2.17.
- Bump eredis_cluster VERSION to 0.8.11.
- Make CI Redis image pulls resilient to Public ECR rate limits by falling back to Docker Hub and using a local image tag for docker compose.
