Rule compliance check: trimmed the PR body per the no-justification-paragraphs rule — dropped the local verification list since CI already shows lint/tests/typecheck/audit results on the same commit. All other rules pass. |

Reviewed: minor/patch dep bumps (eslint 10.3.0→10.4.0, tsx 4.22.0→4.22.1) plus prettier-formatted CHANGELOG. CI green across all jobs. Cannot self-approve, but this looks ready to merge. |
