The PWA icon PNGs had a maroon/burgundy background that was inconsistent with the app's theme color and favicon.svg which use Wikipedia blue (#3366cc). Regenerated all icon sizes with the correct blue background. https://claude.ai/code/session_01RNM6e5Q2LhDHt1nBrxFFBE
