System should count `O` and `U` peptides in Amino Acid natural analog grid

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Macromolecules mode - Flex canvas (empty)
2. Load from HELM: PEPTIDE1{O.U}$$$$V2.0
   
3. Open Calculate properties (press Alt+C)

Actual behavior
Calculate values window contains zero values of O and U Amino Acid in natural analog grid (they comes as Other

Expected behavior
System should count O and U peptides in Amino Acid natural analog grid

as per @ljubica-milovic new approach - after discussion with @rrodionov91
