Steps to Reproduce
- Go to Periodic Table, choose Na (sodium), add it to the main screen
- Note it is displayed as NaH
- Right-click it, choose "Edit", in "Atom Properties", under "Query specific" label, set "Implicit H count" to 1.
- After Apply button is pressed, molecule become shown as Na (no hydrogen, as expected)
- Save as SVG
Actual behavior
Saved image has NaH on it.
Expected behavior
Image saved exact as shown in the editor.

Additional context
The bug is critical as preventing to author chemical sketches at https://chemrise.ru/chemeditor
The same statement is true for #3263 as well
