System ignores `Implicit H count` value in export to SVG/PNG

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Periodic Table, choose Na (sodium), add it to the main screen
2. Note it is displayed as NaH
3. Right-click it, choose "Edit", in "Atom Properties", under "Query specific" label, set "Implicit H count" to 1.
4. After Apply button is pressed, molecule become shown as Na (no hydrogen, as expected)
5. Save as SVG

Actual behavior
Saved image has NaH on it.

Expected behavior
Image saved exact as shown in the editor.

Thanks for your request.

We found that Ketcher has an issue and doesn't show attached hydrogens if you set Implicit H count value using Atom Properties dialog, so we created a ticket on that (epam/ketcher#8799).
In addition we found that if you set Implicit H count value to 0 to get no attached hydrogens - Indigo converts it to valence on SVG/PNG export - we also filed a ticket on that (#3359)

Hope to have them fixed soon
