fix(chat): fix agents and toolsets sorting (Issue #5063)

Description:

Agents and toolsets should be mixed and shown in My workspace and Marketplace alphabetically

Issues:

• Issue [Quick app 2.0] the cards on 'Select agents and toolsets' modal should be sorted alphabetically #5063
