There appear to be character corruption issues in the Arabic translations for plural forms. For example:
- In the
errortranslations,\u0421is a Cyrillic character, not Arabic. - In the
warningtranslations,\u0131is a Latin character and\u042ais Cyrillic. - In the
ignored issuetranslations,\u043bis a Cyrillic character.
These seem to be errors from the automatic translation process and should be corrected to use the proper Arabic characters.

The plural forms for Latvian appear to be in the wrong order. For Latvian, the singular form should be first in the array, followed by the plural forms. In the translations for error, warning, and ignored issue, the singular and first plural forms are swapped.
