[Backport] Release v1.44.0
The 10up deploy action failed to parse the plugin version when SLUG was not set, causing the deploy to silently no-op. Explicitly passing SLUG ensures the action finds the correct main plugin PHP file. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
